How many units are there?
Wave Garden will have 296 units, made up of one, two and three bedrooms. The development is comprised of ten buildings. The buildings will be constructed in two phases.

When will it be built?
The first 6 buildings are scheduled to be completed in March 2025. This consists of Buildings A, B, C, D, E and F. The second phase, Buildings G,H, I, and J, have a tentative occupancy date set for December 2025.

Is the builder credible?
Yes. We take care in choosing to work with reputable developers with a reliable track record of delivery.
Gesproin Group is well established in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. They tailor their properties to people from the United States and Canada, with special attention paid to making the ownership process as easy as possible.The developer's portfolio currently has 14 residential projects, with 5 of them having already been delivered. 6 are currently under construction, and 3 of them are in the pre-construction phase. Is there a beach nearby?
Yes. Residents and guests of Wave Garden can walk to Juanillo Beach in as little as five minutes. The development will also offer a free shuttle and transportation service. Juanillo Beach is a pristine stretch of white sand along the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, famed for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and tranquil atmosphere.

What's included in my unit?
All suites are delivered with a stove, oven, fans and air conditioning. Gesproin Group makes it easy and convenient for owners to operate their unit, while offering additional furnishing packages for to streamline the move-in process.

What are the costs involved?
Your net income is determined by subtracting your units operating expenses from the revenue your property generates. Your income is primarily made up of the Nightly Rate, the Occupancy Rate, and the Annual Price Appreciation. Expenses typically come in the form of Mortgage Payments, Maintenance Fees, Management Costs, Utilities and Taxes.

How do I rent my unit?
Here at Inside Condos, we place a heavy emphasis on recommending projects that simplify the process of renting your suite when you're not staying in it.
Gesproin Group, the developer of Wave Garden, will operate your unit as a vacation rental, while taking care of the cleaning and maintenance of your suite.

How does the down payment process work?
The cost of your unit is spread out over a series of payments spanning the time between reserving the unit to taking delivery of it after construction.
The Reservation Fee is $5,000. Within 30 days, at the point of singing the Promise of Sale, the balance of 20% is paid. During the course of the complex being built, an additional 40% is paid as certain construction milestones are hit. The frequency of these payments is negotiable. On Delivery, the final 40% must be paid. This can be done through personal finances, or through a mortgage. We have an excellent relationship with Scotiabank there, one of the largest and most reputable banks in the world.
